Return and Refund Policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, cancellations or refunds will be offered unless as a result of an error on our part.  Please know that unless indicated otherwise, all products are hand-made, and may contain imperfections.

In the event of an error on our part, we will make every reasonable attempt to make it right. Please notify us by e-mail to sharon@craftsbytheocean.com as soon as possible to make us aware of the error. 

We reserve the right to charge a “$10USD research fee” if a chargeback is placed with your credit card company (either intentionally or unintentionally) for any purchase made with your account. This fee will be used to cover all associated investigative expenses upon receiving the chargeback from our merchant provider. It is in our mutual interest to resolve issues between ourselves without involving third parties.

SHIPPING

You are responsible for paying shipping costs. All products are shipped by USPS Priority 1-3 day shipping and include insurance up to $50. Once they leave our hands and are shipped, we are not responsible for the item. We cannot be responsible for weather, transport, or other reasons for delays in shipment. If there is an issue with your item when it arrives please contact us by e-mail to sharon@craftsbytheocean.com within 24 hours from when it is delivered.
